We have no customers yet. These are the commitments we will be held to when we do.
Regulatory notice. Zuripay Solutions Limited has submitted an application for licensing with the Bank of Zambia. Our application is currently under review. Zuripay is not currently licensed to provide regulated payment services in Zambia. Regulated services will commence only after all required approvals have been obtained.
What you will be able to expect
- Every charge disclosed before you confirm. No fee applied that you were not shown first, and nothing deducted afterwards.
- Plain language. Terms written to be understood, not to be survived.
- Your money kept separate. Funds collected on behalf of a merchant will be held in a designated settlement account, not mixed with our own.
- A complaint answered. A documented complaints procedure, with a right of escalation beyond us.
- Your data protected. Handled under Zambia’s data protection law and used only for what you gave it to us for.
- No pressure selling. We will not upsell, bundle, or default you into anything.
Fraud warning
Zuripay will never ask you for a PIN, a card CVV, or a one-time password — by any channel, in any circumstance. We will never ask you to send money to verify an account or to secure a place on any list. Our only domain is zuripay.co.zm. If someone contacts you claiming to be a licensed Zuripay service, it is not us. Tell us at info@zuripay.co.zm.
